BUILDING USAGE:
Cabin Availability Dates: September 14, 2007 through May 18, 2008
Cabin Unavailability Dates: May23 through September 11, 2008
Cabins are unavailable during the noted time frame to accommodate Summer Camp requirements and to allow maintenance of the buildings.

The Committee will determine fees and other requirements of use during that meeting.

CAMPSITE USAGE:
Knox Area- That includes Summer Camp tent sites and most program areas are not available for off season tenting. Ranger should be consulted.
Woronoak Area- Open year round for tenting. Consult Ranger.
Frontier Area - Open year round for tenting. Consult Ranger.
GROUNDS AVAILABILITY FOR GENERAL CAMPING:
All camping is to be done in designated areas only. Consult Ranger.
LIMITED ACCESS FACILITIES:
C.O.P.E. COURSEThe Council Camp Maintenance Committee must approve usage of these facilities/activities. Qualified supervision is also required for usage. Qualified Supervision is defined as someone with authority and who is properly certified by the Boy Scouts of America. The Pioneer Valley Council, BSA, must recognize certification.

TRASH:
A dumpster is provided in
a central area for refuse which is not burnable. Please remember- “A
Scout is Clean!!!”
Troops are encouraged to take their trash home for disposal.
This will help control overall costs.
PARKING:
Parking should
be in designated lots or at the direction of the camp Ranger.
FIREWOOD AND WINTER
CAMPING: The Camp Maintenance/Administration Committee recommends
that units bring their own firewood for use in the wood-burning stove in
each cabin, at least for Friday nights. Come prepared with axes and saws
to collect and cut firewood for the remainder of the weekend. Please
note that chainsaws are prohibited in Scout Camps. This is a BSA safety
regulation.
