The Pioneer Valley Council operates a retail store at its Chicopee
Service Center offering uniforms, literature, and popular "Scout Stuff"
merchandise. Special orders don't upset us! Anything in the
Official Boy Scout Catalog or on the National
Supply Division's Web Site can be ordered through the TRADING
POST. A 50% deposit
is required on items special ordered that are not usually carried in the
store. Full pre-payment is required on Custom design orders. No
returns on special orders.
We understand that everyone
would like to know how much it will cost to uniform a boy before coming
in to the Scout Store. However, there is often no one available to quote
prices over the phone as we are busy with customers in the store. Therefore,
we ask that you visit the National
Supply Division's Web Site. Make up your wish list then come visit
us to shop and try uniforms on for size.
For your convenience,
MasterCard and Visa are accepted for store purchases.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise will
be exchanged for equal or greater value within 30 days with receipt.
Refunds for items
paid by check require a 2 week period for check to clear before refund
can be made.
Refunds for amounts
over $25.00 will be issued by check only or a store credit will be given.
Purchases or fees,
paid via the unit account, will be refunded to the unit account.
Purchases paid
via MasterCard or Visa will be refunded to MasterCard and Visa.
All items must
be returned in the condition they were purchased with tags attached.
There are no refunds
or exchanges for custom design orders.

Division as a convenience to our Scouting families. Your purchases
at our retail store in Chicopee benefit our local youth to a much
greater extent than purchases made on-line --- we hope that whenever
possible you will shop directly with us! And remember, shipping
charges will be added to your on-line order!

· From Route 91 take Route 391 N
· Take Exit 2 (Chicopee Center) off 391
· Bear right at the end of the ramp
· Make a left at the light onto West
· Travel to the end of West St and take
a right onto Exchange St.
· Go several blocks to stop light.
· The Scout Service Center is midway
down this next block on the left.
